Product Overview
Our company has developed a versatile range of multi-turn valve actuators, available in five major series: the standard BH-V series, the RK & 2CK series designed for valves with oversized stems, the domestically tailored BA series, the lightweight, thrust-free 7BH series, and the triple-input RMMD series. The actuator housings are primarily made from ductile iron and cast steel, and they feature flanges ranging from F07 to F60 for connecting to valves, delivering a maximum output torque of up to 50,000 Nm.
Scope of application
This product is suitable for linear-stroke valves such as gate valves and globe valves, and is widely used in industries including water supply, oil, natural gas, chemical processing, power plants, and general industrial applications.
Product Features
The product design is suitable for both manual and electric operation, and can also be provided with a locking mechanism and sprockets upon customer request. When used with an electric actuator, the flange can comply with either ISO5210 or JB2900 standards.
Product materials include standard ductile iron and cast steel, and we can also customize options such as low-temperature steel or stainless steel.
Ambient Temperature: Standard model operates between -20°C and +120°C in normal temperature environments, but can also be customized for low-temperature applications, such as -30°C, -40°C, or -59°C.
The standard protection rating is IP65, with custom options available for IP67 and IP68 ratings.
