Product Overview
Our company offers several series of partial-turn valve actuators, including the bottom-mounted BD series, the top-mounted KB series, and the split-worm gear WL series. The housings are primarily made from materials such as ductile iron and cast steel, and the flanges connecting to the valves comply with ISO 5211 standards, ranging from F07 to F60. These actuators deliver a maximum output torque of up to 250,000 Nm.
Scope of application
The product is suitable for ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, and other 90-degree rotary devices, and is widely used in water, oil, natural gas, the chemical industry, power plants, and general industrial applications.
Product Features
The product design is suitable for both manual and electric operation, and can also be provided with a locking mechanism and sprockets upon customer request. When used with an electric actuator, the flange can comply with either ISO5210 or JB2900 standards.
Product materials include standard spherical and cast steel options, and we also offer customizations such as low-temperature steel or stainless steel.
Ambient Temperature: Standard model operates between -20°C and +120°C, suitable for normal-temperature environments. Customized versions are also available for low-temperature applications, such as -30°C, -40°C, -59°C, and more.
The standard protection rating is IP65, with custom options available for IP67 and IP68 ratings.
